Football Checklist:
The following items are required in order to play football with AAA
- Completed GFL Physical Form (must be signed by an MD, DO, NP or PA)
- Birth Certificate (Please bring the original with raised seal to one of the two walk-up registrations). We will make a copy of it and give the original back to you.)
- AAA Football Forms (These forms will be available at the walk-up registrations.)
Physical Information:
The Gwinnett Football League requires each player to have a physical prior to playing. Please have your doctor complete the
GFL Physical Form.
Weight Training:
Weight training is available from January - May to all rising 7th, 8th, and 9th grade football players on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm at the Archer High School weight room. Physicals are required. Last year's GFL physicals are acceptable, but must be attached to the history and insurance form provided through the link below.
